About · Nexibis Studio

Software your team can run.

100+ products shipped. 50+ clients. 100M+ downloads. The people who scope the work stay close to the people designing, coding, testing, and handing it over.

An independent studio where design and engineering share the same desk.

Nexibis Studio is the agency arm of Nexibis, Inc. Independent means no parent agency, no holding-company target, and no reason to sell work we cannot staff. We answer to the clients we take on.

The team is small by design. Designers and engineers work from the same plan, often inside the same person. The people shaping scope stay close to the people shipping code.

We take one or two engagements at a time because attention is part of the product. If the calendar is full, we will say so.

  • Independent. No parent agency, no private equity owner, no board call shaping the work.
  • Cross-discipline by default. Designers and engineers work from the same calendar and the same decisions.
  • One or two engagements at a time. Same attention from kickoff to handoff.
  • Your project, your code, your accounts. From day one.
  • We answer our own emails. The people running the studio stay in the work.

Numbers we can stand behind.

These are the numbers we use because they come from project records, not vanity math.

If you want references, we can introduce you to people who have been on the other side of a Nexibis project. Several have hired us more than once.

Six rules of thumb we say out loud.

  1. 01

    Boring technology, on purpose.

We pick stacks that will still be normal in ten years and easy to hire for. A fashionable stack becomes a bill later, usually when nobody wants to pay it.

  2. 02

    Simple beats clever.

Code a new hire can read on day one beats code we get to feel smart about. Clever is fun to write and miserable to maintain.

  3. 03

    Show working software weekly.

Surprise demos hide risk. You see the real thing every Friday and can change direction while change is still cheap.

  4. 04

Done means live, tested, and documented.

Shipped, tested, documented, and handed over so your team can run it. Not "works on my machine," not "we'll write the docs later."

  5. 05

The team that pitched is the team that builds.

The names on the proposal are the names on the commits. Anything else is the oldest agency trick in the book, and we don't run it.

  6. 06

Launch is not a vanishing point.

Two weeks of overlap with whoever owns the code next. Human docs. A standing thread for questions after launch.

What we say no to.

Saying yes is easy. Saying no is what protects the work we have already said yes to. Here are the asks we turn down, even when the brief is exciting.

  • Industries we cannot serve well.

If we have not shipped in your space, we will tell you and recommend someone who has. We will not learn your regulatory regime on your budget.

  • Fixed bids we have not properly sized.

We would rather have a hard conversation about scope in week one than a worse one in week eight. Discovery exists for a reason.

  • Bench-and-switch staffing.

The names on the proposal are the names on the commits. If we cannot staff your project with the people we promised, we tell you and we recommend someone who can.

  • Hour-by-hour time tracking.

We are not in the billable-hour business. We are in the working-software business.

  • Six-month discovery phases that produce a slide deck.

Two weeks, one-page brief, then we start building. The first slice ships to production by week three. The deck is a byproduct, not the product.

  • Stacks we picked yesterday.

If a framework or runtime has not been production-tested somewhere serious, it does not go in your codebase. Your project is not our experiment.

One company. Three focused studios.

Nexibis is one company with three missions. Studio is active and taking client work today. Labs and AI are scheduled next. Same craft standard, different mission, different color on the mark.

Active

Nexibis Studio

The agency arm. Web apps, native mobile apps, internal tools, backends, and agents designed and engineered for clients.

Mission Client work, end to end.
Scheduled · Q4 2026

Nexibis Labs

The experimental arm. Internal R&D for proprietary software products. A place for us to build the things we keep wishing existed.

Mission Make our own things.
Scheduled · 2027

Nexibis AI

The intelligence layer. AI capabilities inside Nexibis products, built as product features rather than demo videos.

Mission AI inside our own products.

Signing off.

If you made it here, you probably care about how the work is done. Good. We do too.

The next step is simple: tell us what you are building in plain English. We will reply within two working days with questions, a rough sense of fit, and an honest answer on whether we are the right team.

If we are not, we will say so and point you to someone better suited.

Signed, the Studio
